Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your use of Flow, an invoicing service operated by Kwaza ICT B.V., registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce. By using Flow, you agree to these terms.

Description of service

Flow is a cloud-based invoicing platform that allows freelancers and companies to create, manage, and send invoices. The service includes invoice creation, client management, PDF generation, and email delivery of invoices.

Your account

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

Payments and subscription

After your free trial, a paid subscription is required to continue using Flow. Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time; it will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Free trial

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or to create fraudulent invoices
• Attempt to access other users' data or accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Resell or redistribute the service without our written permission

Your data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into Flow (company details, client information, invoices). We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your data at any time.

Intellectual property

Flow and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Kwaza ICT B.V. and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the service.

Limitation of liability

Flow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Kwaza ICT B.V. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

You can terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases, but we may retain certain data as required by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through a notice on our service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
